Welcome to vBooking.in ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Vande Bharat Express train ticket booking services provided via WhatsApp, our website (https://vbooking.in), and any other communication channels. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important Notice

vBooking.in operates as an IRCTC-authorised partner. We facilitate the booking of Vande Bharat Express tickets through the official IRCTC system. We are not Indian Railways or IRCTC but an authorized intermediary service provider. All tickets issued are subject to IRCTC's and Indian Railways' terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By initiating a booking request via WhatsApp, phone, or our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
  • All information you provide for booking is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Booking Services & Process

2.1 Service Description

We provide a facilitation service for booking confirmed and RAC tickets on Vande Bharat Express trains through the IRCTC system. The service is primarily conducted via WhatsApp for user convenience.

2.2 Booking Procedure

  1. Initiation: You share your travel details (date, route, passenger info) via WhatsApp/phone/website.
  2. Quote & Confirmation: We provide a final price including base fare and our service fee. Booking proceeds only after your explicit confirmation.
  3. Payment: You make payment via the secure UPI link or other methods we provide.
  4. Ticket Issuance: Upon successful payment, we book the ticket and share the IRCTC e-ticket and PNR on your WhatsApp/email within the promised timeline.

Our Service Commitment

We strive to provide confirmed tickets with a high success rate. However, ticket confirmation depends entirely on IRCTC's seat availability at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee 100% confirmation.

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds

3.1 Fee Structure

The total amount you pay consists of two components:

  • IRCTC Base Fare: The official ticket price set by Indian Railways.
  • Service Fee: Our nominal convenience fee for the booking service, GST as applicable.

The final all-inclusive amount will be clearly communicated to you before payment.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance via the secure payment link provided by us.
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
  • We do not store your complete card or bank account details.

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by IRCTC's cancellation rules:

Refund Processing Time: IRCTC refunds may take 5-10 working days to reflect in your account. Our service fee refund (where applicable) will be processed within 24-48 hours.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate passenger details (name, age, gender) as per ID proof. We are not responsible for tickets booked with incorrect details.
  • Carry valid original ID proof (mentioned during booking) during travel.
  • Check the complete e-ticket details (PNR, train number, date, time) immediately upon receipt and report any discrepancy within 1 hour.
  • Not make any fraudulent transaction or chargeback. Such actions will lead to legal proceedings.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by Indian Railways.
  • We are not responsible for any loss due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total service fee you paid for that booking.
  • We are not liable for any loss of baggage, personal injury, or accident during your train journey.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our service for:

  • Unauthorized commercial resale of tickets.
  • Any activity that violates Indian law.
  • Using automated bots to interact with our agents.
  • Harassing our customer support staff.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
